Specialist dealers in early Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars
Welcome to our new website!
A variety of interesting cars, and ideal, quiet roads to test drive them on!
We are always looking for cars of ‘our’ type so if you know of something available that you think may appeal to us, including collections, please don’t hesitate to let us know. mail@realcar.co.uk Thank you.
Diverse Range in Stock
We generally carry a stock of about 40 Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars, ranging in date from the 1920’s to the 1960’s, sometimes later, and from time to time, other makes as well. Conditions vary from project cars for total restoration, to excellent, ready to go. So if you are looking for a vintage Rolls-Royce or Bentley, or perhaps something later or different, you have come to the right place!
We are always interested in acquiring cars of the type that we sell
If you know of a Rolls-Royce or Bentley for sale, anywhere in the World, particularly an early model, please let us know. Cars bought outright, including collections, or we are happy to take them on a commission sale basis, or pay you a finder’s fee if you put us in touch with a car or cars which we later purchase.
We are located in characterful, 19th century buildings, constructed of slate and stone, once part of the Penrhyn Quarry empire.
Before visiting, it is a very good idea to let us know when you are planning to come, so that we know to expect you and can be sure that we will be here to greet you. It helps us and ensures that you don’t have a wasted journey. We also then know when to put the kettle (or coffee machine) on!
We are open 9 to 5 Monday to Friday, and other times by arrangement.

How We Got Started
We started in 1987 with a single car (all we could afford) which we sold quickly, and before we knew it we had 4 or 5 on our hands! This was alongside another business that we were involved in at the time. In the Spring of 1988 we made a decision to give up the other business, (exhaust systems), rented part of the premises that we still operate from now, and went full time.

A Himalayan Adventure
One of our directors, Ian Johnstone – whom many of you will know – and his wife Ros, departed on an adventure organised by http://www.roarr.co.uk/, driving a 1953 Bentley R Type 3,000 miles across the Himalayas, beginning in Islamabad, and ending in Calcutta. The trip was very successful, lots of fun, and a warm welcome was received wherever they went.

The Tom Pryce Memorial Trophy
